Refund policy

We accept exchanges or store credit on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 14 days of your purchase date. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned for store credit unless deemed defective by our receiving department. Once a return has been received, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect and approve a store credit or exchange for the value of the purchase, excluding shipping, tax and any promotional discount received during the time of purchase. An email confirmation of the store credit or exchange will be sent to the email used when the order was originally placed.  

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We package all our shipments with care and ask our customers do the same when they return goods. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Holst+Lee unless the item arrived damaged and then we will happily send you a return label. 

Customers who place orders during our holiday promotional periods starting November 24th are able to request exchanges or store credit until January 5th. Please note any exchange orders during this window will have a longer return processing window due to holiday volume. We thank you for your patience during this time.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
